1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoachMag ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including coaches who create accounts and leads who interact with the chat assistant.
2. Description of Service
CoachMag provides an AI-powered coaching assistant platform. Coaches upload their training content and methodology, and CoachMag generates a personalized AI assistant that qualifies leads and books calls on their behalf. The Service includes calendar integrations, lead capture, conversation management, and analytics.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CoachMag, including coaching frameworks, training materials, and methodology. By uploading content, you grant CoachMag a limited license to process and use that content solely for the purpose of powering your AI assistant. We do not share your content with other users or third parties.
5. Integrations
CoachMag integrates with third-party services such as Calendly, GoHighLevel, and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. CoachMag stores OAuth tokens securely to maintain these connections on your behalf. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your dashboard.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or misleading content, to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models or systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
CoachMag is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, missed bookings, or inaccurate AI responses.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your content and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
