Everything you need to get set up with CoachMag and start converting leads into booked calls.
Getting started
1. Create your account
Sign up at coachmag.ai/signup. You will get a dashboard and a unique chat link immediately.
2. Upload your content
Go to Link builder in your dashboard. Paste text or drag and drop files (TXT, PDF, DOCX). This is the material your AI assistant will use to have knowledgeable conversations with leads. Upload your coaching frameworks, training notes, client FAQs, or anything that represents your methodology.
3. Configure your chat flow
In the same Link builder page, set up your opening message and quick-start options. These are the first things leads see when they open your chat. You can choose from templates or write your own. Each option has a follow-up message that leads into the name/email capture.
4. Connect your calendar
Go to Settings > Integrations. Click "Connect Calendly" for one-click OAuth setup. You can also connect GoHighLevel or Google Calendar. Once connected, your AI assistant can check your real-time availability and book leads directly onto your calendar.
5. Share your link
Your chat link is shown in the sidebar of your dashboard. Copy it and put it in your Instagram bio, email signature, newsletter, paid ads, or anywhere you interact with potential clients. Leads click the link, have a conversation with your AI assistant, and book calls without you needing to be online.

Overview
Your main dashboard shows key metrics: total leads, booked calls, hot leads, and recent activity.
Leads
View all captured leads with their qualification score (hot/warm/cold), contact details, and goals. Export as CSV anytime.
Conversations
Read full transcripts of every conversation your AI assistant has had. See which leads booked, which went cold, and what they talked about.
Analytics
Track conversation volume, booking rates, and lead quality over time.
Link builder
Upload training content, configure your chat flow (opening message and quick-start options), and manage uploaded materials.
Settings
Update your profile, connect calendar integrations, set a custom domain (Pro plan), and manage billing.
Integrations
Calendly
One-click OAuth connection. Go to Settings > Integrations, click "Connect Calendly", and approve access. CoachMag will automatically detect your event types and check availability in real time.
GoHighLevel
Connect your GHL sub-account to sync calendars and contacts. One-click OAuth setup similar to Calendly.
Google Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar by entering your OAuth Client ID and Client Secret in Settings > Integrations.
