Common questions
How do I connect my calendar?
Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard. Click "Connect Calendly" for one-click setup, or paste your API key manually for Calendly, GoHighLevel, or Google Calendar.
How do I upload my coaching content?
Go to Configuration in your dashboard. You can paste text directly or drag and drop TXT, PDF, or DOCX files. Your AI assistant will learn from the material automatically.
Can I customize the chat opening message?
Yes. In Configuration, open the Chat Flow tab. You can set your opening message and quick-start options, or pick from pre-built templates.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@coachmag.ai and we will process your request within 30 days. You can also export your lead data as CSV from the Leads page before deletion.
